7.11.17 Cheeky Nails, Holborn.
Christmas is less then 7 weeks away now so I feel we can start to get properly excited about it. I know it’s still too early for some but as I’ve been doing Christmas events since the end of June I am ready to go and delighted I can start throwing the C-word around with aplomb!
As you know I already dipped my toe by kicking off proceedings with my coverage on the FeelUnique.com Christmas pop up Shop last month.
Ghost have also now launched their fragrance offerings for the festive season and I was invited this week to a special bloggers launch which was held at Cheeky Nails in Holborn which, I have been wanting to visit since moving to London. It’s every bit as fabulous as I expected, and was the perfect location for the intimate gathering of bloggers, which included Really Ree whom I have a massive girl blogger crush on and sat next too (although didn’t tell her about my crush! Lol)
Having had my nails last done a month ago (I had the most amazing shellac in Warsaw when visiting for a black tie event and it had lasted me that long!) I was ready to have the regrowth sorted and decided, with Christmas on its way to choose a festive sparkly shade called Tar Very Much which is from Cheeky Nails own line and on sale for £3 currently!
I was well looked after, with my pretty glass of Prosecco magically never getting past the half way point. I must admit I fell off my #worldveganmonth wagon with a miniature mince pie and Ghost cupcake which, following a long day filled with press appointments with no vegan foods available which meant I was starving and couldn’t resist. In my defence just look how good they looked.
Nails now looking fabulous I wandered around the Ghost Christmas collection to check out this years offering, which is so incredibly strong you’ll be wanting more then one I can guarantee. The innovative creations have really thought ‘outside the box’ pardon the pun, and there’s a gift to suit all budgets with the most expensive in the line retailing at £45 which is truly a bargain considering how many products you get in them and the cheapest just £8.
There are 5 fragrances in total, Dream, Sweetheart, The Fragrance (the original) Deep Noght, Eclipse and my personal favourite White Light, which I have been wearing lately and love the vanilla and musky scent which isn’t too sweet but is very feminine still.
My favourites include the Ghost Christmas Star £40 which is exclusive to The Perfume Shop and contains a 30ml Dream Fragrance as well as 3x 10ml & 2x 5ml fragrances from the collection. I also love the Ghost Beauty Collection £45 exclusive to Superdrug. Housed in a sleek drawer style package and containing an array of goodies as seen below including fragrances, makeup and a candle.
For smaller budgets I adore the Ghost mini Trio £12which is again exclusive to Superdrug and contains two handbag sized 10ml perfumes and a 5ml lipgloss making it the perfect secret Santa gift.
Finally, the Ghost Deep Night 50ml gift set £38 and is a whopper containing an Eyeshadow palette, 3 make up brushes, nail polish, lipgloss as well as a 50ml Deep night fragrance and a 10ml also for your handbag.
You can shop the collection now at Debenhams, The Perfume Shop, Superdrug, The Fragrance store & Boots.
And because it is the season of giving, I’ve teamed up with Ghost fragrances and have a very special giveaway, details of which I’ll be sharing tomorrow so stay tuned by subscribing or follow me on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
