These incredible eye patches are pure luxury but without the luxury price tag. Kevyn Aucoin The Volume Rich Pitch Black Mascara £22

I’ve been blessed with naturally long eyelashes and as such I like my mascara to highlight this, preferring to coat each lash rather then chump them together. Therefore this mascara from Kevyn Aucoin with its precision wand is going in as my new favourite mascara (and trust me I’ve tried A LOT!)

Sisley Paris Black Rose Beautifiying Emulsion £122 spacenk.com

As we dare to bare more skin (c’mon summer!) keeping what’s on show feeling and looking it’s best becomes important once more. Personally I love this body cream from luxury skincare brand, Sisley Paris. Firstly the smell is divine, but more importantly it is incredibly hydrating and soaks into skin quickly without any sticky residue lingering, perfect if you are in a hurry to get out of the house and into the sunshine.

A denim dress is a classic that never dates and is perfect for all seasons, you just need to match the styling to the weather! I adore this mid length one from V by Very which is giving me total 70s vibes. Dress up with heels, wear with Espadrilles for summer days or team with roll necks and knee high boots come autumn. It also has 20% recycled cotton (80% cotton) and uses less water then normal giving it a sustainable nod at an affordable price.

Strathberry Card Holder £80

I rarely carry a big purse these days, preferring to compact it to a few important cards for emergency use (such as if my battery dies and I can’t use Apple Pay!) As such I find a simple card holder the perfect accessory as it can also be slipped into jean pockets for school run. Strathberry have a delightful selection of chic colours, perfect for the new season which can also be personalised with up to 3 letters for an extra £20.

The Fashion Show: The stories, Invites and Art of 300 Landmark Shows. By Iain R .Webb RRP £30 | Welbeck

Want to know how I’ll be spending this weekend? The answer is engrossed in this stunning book which speaks to my inner fashion historian geek. If you’ve followed me for a while you’ll know I’m a collector of stunning coffee table books and I love this latest addition to my collection which celebrates both the fashion show itself as well as the good ol’ fashioned paper invitations (a dying species these days in the tech era) I have a collection of invitations to shows I’ve personally attended framed and hung on my hallway gallery wall so this beautifully illustrated book just speaks to my soul!
